By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or are used in violation of these Terms.

2. Mock Tests and Exam Conduct

• Mock tests are provided for practice and self-assessment purposes. Results and rankings on the platform do not represent or guarantee any outcome in an actual government or competitive examination.
• To preserve the integrity of the test-taking experience, certain exams are monitored for irregular activity — such as exiting fullscreen, switching browser tabs, or using the device's back button repeatedly during a timed test. Repeated violations may result in automatic submission of that test attempt.
• You agree not to use unauthorized aids, impersonate another person, or otherwise attempt to gain an unfair advantage while taking a mock test on the platform.

3. Study Materials

• Study materials made available through the platform are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, as part of your subscription or package access.
• You may not copy, download, redistribute, publicly share, sell, or otherwise make available any study material to any third party, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
• Certain materials are presented in a view-only format specifically to protect this content; attempting to circumvent these protections is a violation of these Terms.

4. Packages, Payments, and Refunds

• Certain content and features require purchase of a package. Prices are displayed on the platform at the time of purchase and are subject to change for future purchases.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank account details.
• Purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the purchased content has been granted, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion in cases of a genuine technical error on our part (such as being charged without receiving access). To request a refund review, contact us using the details below within 7 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including questions, study materials, explanations, branding, and software — is owned by StudyKindleAcademy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in this content; you receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access it as part of your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's normal operation, including through automated scripts, bots, or scraping.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our mobile application, except where permitted by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the platform and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyKindleAcademy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any impact on your performance in an actual examination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha, India.
